This Privacy Policy explains how Birchwood Software LLC, d/b/a CoParentEvidence™ ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you purchase our guide bundle products, visit our sales pages, or use the CoParentEvidence web application.

2. Information We Collect

When you make a purchase, we (or our payment processor, Stripe) collect:

Name and email address
Payment information (processed directly by Stripe or Paypal - we do not store your full card number)
Purchase history (what you bought, when)

When you visit our sales or checkout pages, our hosting platform (systeme.io) and any connected analytics/advertising tools may automatically collect:

IP address, browser type, device information
Pages visited and time spent on our site
Referral source (how you found us)

If you use the CoParentEvidence web application, we additionally collect the information you choose to input into the app for your own documentation purposes (messages, incident records, diary entries, etc.). Those terms of explained in detail at coparentevidence.com/privacy.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Deliver the digital products you purchased
Process payment and prevent fraud
Send you purchase confirmations, delivery emails, and customer service communications
Send you occasional marketing emails about related products or the CoParentEvidence app, if you haven't opted out
Improve our products and sales pages
Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate our business:

Stripe and Paypal — payment processing
systeme.io — checkout, email delivery, and hosting of our sales funnel

We do not share your information with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.

5. Email Communications

If you provide your email address at checkout, you will receive transactional emails (delivery of your purchase, receipts) and may receive marketing emails about related products. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. Transactional emails related to a purchase you've made cannot be opted out of while your purchase relationship is active.

We retain your purchase and contact information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal and tax obligations, and resolve any disputes.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including relying on PCI-compliant payment processing (Stripe and Paypal) for all financial data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our products and services are intended for adults (18+) navigating co-parenting situations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you access our sales pages or purchase our Products from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective Date" above. Continued use of our Products or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
